			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Admoda today launched the ability for advertisers to run Rich Media ad campaigns on Smartphones and Tablets. </p>
<p>Whilst Admoda believe text and banner ads still play a very important part in mobile advertising, their platform now allows advertisers to deliver experiences that go way beyond what can be achieved using text, static graphics, or GIF animations. </p>
<p>Examples of Rich Media ads include:</p>
<p>&#8211; Banners that float or expand across the page, providing a large area for interaction and display of changing content/information to the user;<br />
&#8211; Video players launched within an ad: A video player application can now be launched on a mobile website or app without the user having to leave the site they are browsing;<br />
&#8211; Live content changes such as galleries, video feeds and live chat can be displayed without having to reload the mobile web page;<br />
&#8211; Interactive ads that allow sites to communicate with users through features such as sign-up forms, location on a map, tweeting and social media interactions.</p>

<p>Note that if you add your targeting filters, and the system comes back saying there were no clicks yesterday, it doesn&#8217;t necessarily mean we have no traffic for the filters you chose, it simply means there were no clicks yesterday. Remember, this tool is showing what actually happened yesterday &#8211; it is not showing availability of traffic on our network. If you want to get a broader view of the overall availability of traffic you should use the &#8216;Country Overview&#8217; within the Campaign Planner.</p>
<p>Also, when you use this tool, please ensure that you don&#8217;t select incompatible filters (e.g. &#8216;iPad&#8217; plus &#8216;Featurephone&#8217;).</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Admoda, the mobile ad network, has launched Post-roll Ads for Mobile Videos, for smartphones and tablets.</p>
<p>After a user has watched a video clip to the end a post-roll banner ad and text ad are displayed. This is already common practice on video sites as a way of monetising desktop web browser traffic. Using Admoda’s patent pending technology, video sites can now monetise their mobile traffic in the same way.</p>
<p>As well as being ideal for the iPad, where flash video players are not an option, this method is also effective for iPhones, Android devices and other smartphones. Importantly, there is no impact on site performance or page load times by adding this new revenue stream. Another key benefit is the ability to generate more revenue from site traffic without having to remove any existing ads that may already be in place.</p>
<p>Terry Jackson, CEO of Admoda said: &#8220;Post-roll ads are just one of a number of really exciting new launches this year which demonstrate our commitment to generating maximum ad revenue for our Publishers.&#8221;</p>
<p>In Admoda&#8217;s initial tests, 45% of iPad users who viewed a two-minute video allowed the clip to run to the end, resulting in an ad impression. For smartphone users, the figure was 27%, so the revenue opportunity is considerable. Banner ads delivered in this way also had an extremely high CTR of around 10%, many times the average CTR of a mobile banner ad.</p>
